Pembrey- Llanelli (Cefn Sidan)- An 8 mile long stretch of sand edged by a belt of sand dunes along the entire length within the Pembrey Country Park. Marvellous views across Carmarthen Bay to Tenby and the Gower.
Pendine Sands - A world famous seven mile stretch of beach stretching from Gilmore Point to Laugharne Sands.
St. Ishmael. Kidwelly – A large sand and shingle at the mouth of three large estuaries overlooking Carmarthen bay
